1Definitions

These terms appear throughout this document and carry the meanings listed below wherever they are used.

2Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on jil9, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout the life of your account:

• You are at least 21 years of age. jil9 enforces a strict age minimum of 21 in compliance with Philippine gaming regulations. Players found to be under 21 will have their accounts suspended immediately and all funds returned after identity verification.
• You are accessing jil9 from a jurisdiction where online gaming is permitted. It is your personal responsibility to confirm that using the Platform is legal in your location before registering.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative for another person or organisation.
• You do not hold an existing active jil9 account. Each player is permitted one account only. Multiple accounts are a violation of these Terms and will result in suspension of all related accounts.

• You have not previously been permanently excluded from jil9 for any reason.

3Account Registration

Registration on jil9 is free. When creating your account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your real name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. Providing false information is a violation of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure without refund of bonus funds.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your jil9 account credentials. This means keeping your password confidential and not sharing your login details with any other person. jil9 will never ask for your password through email, chat, or phone. One account per person, household, device, IP address, or payment method is the rule at jil9. Duplicate accounts — including those opened under different names or email addresses — will be closed. Any winnings generated from a duplicate account are forfeited.

KYC Verification: jil9 may require document verification at any stage of the account relationship. Requested documents typically include a government-issued photo ID (such as a PhilSys ID, passport, or driver's licence) and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete verification within the requested timeframe may result in temporary withdrawal restrictions.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on jil9 are processed in Philippine pesos (PHP). Supported deposit methods include GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfers, BDO, BPI, UnionBank, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards. Payment method availability may vary and is confirmed during checkout.

• Minimum Deposit: ₱100 via e-wallet. Bank transfer minimums may differ and are displayed at checkout.
• Deposit Timing: GCash, Maya, and GrabPay deposits are credited instantly. Bank transfers may take up to one banking day.

Funds deposited through fraudulent transactions or chargebacks will be reversed and the associated account reviewed. Any winnings derived from funds that are later reversed by a payment provider are considered void.

5Bonuses and Promotions

jil9 offers a range of promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit matches, reload bonuses, cashback offers, referral rewards, and seasonal campaigns. Each promotion has its own terms — these are published on the relevant promotion page and form part of these overall Terms and Conditions.

In the case of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules take precedence for gameplay decisions, and these Terms govern all account, financial, and conduct matters.

• Bets placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled or reversed once the round has begun. This applies to all game types including slots, Baccarat, Blackjack, live dealer games, fishing games, and card games.
• If a game round is interrupted due to a technical failure on either the player's or jil9's side before completion, the round will be resolved based on the last confirmed game state recorded by jil9's servers. Player-side connection failures do not entitle the player to a refund of bet amounts unless the server logs confirm the round was not completed.
• jil9 uses certified RNG (Random Number Generator) software for all RNG-based games. Live dealer games use physical equipment streamed in real time. jil9 does not interfere with game outcomes.
• Suspected exploitation of software bugs, errors, or undocumented features to obtain wins is prohibited. Any winnings resulting from such exploitation are void and will be removed from the player's account.

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.

• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or exploit vulnerabilities in the Platform's software or infrastructure.
• Using the Platform for any activity that may constitute money laundering, fraud, or financial crime under Philippine law.

• Abusing promotions in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play.

9Privacy and Data

10Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable Philippine law, jil9 shall not be liable for:

• Losses resulting from a player's failure to comply with these Terms, including account suspension or forfeiture of funds as a consequence of a violation.

Nothing in this clause limits jil9's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

11Account Termination

Either party may terminate the account relationship at any time:

• By the Player: You may close your jil9 account at any time by contacting support at support@jil9.best. Before closure, any pending wagering requirements must be addressed, and available real money funds will be returned to the payment method on file, subject to identity verification.
• By jil9: jil9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account that has violated these Terms, is found to be associated with fraudulent activity, is subject to a legal hold, or where the player is found to be ineligible. In cases of suspension due to a Terms violation, bonus funds and wagering-related winnings may be forfeited. Real money deposits will be returned where legally required and where fraud has not been confirmed.

12Disputes

While a dispute is under review, jil9 may place a temporary hold on the funds in question. This hold does not prejudge the outcome of the investigation.

13Amendments to These Terms

jil9 reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, jil9 will notify registered players via the email address on file or through a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven days before the changes take effect.

Continued use of the jil9 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you should close your account before the effective date.
